Happy Days
The Happy Days Festival is the City of Ramsey’s annual hometown celebration. This popular event takes place in early September and is located within The COR (North of Highway 10 near the Ramsey Municipal Center). The Ramsey Happy Days Festival hosts a large array of family-friendly activities and events during the day. When the sun goes down, live music and an impressive fireworks show takeover.
Game Fair
Game Fair is the nation’s largest outdoors, pre-hunting, family participation event. Held in the out-of-doors on 80 beautiful acres of woods and water, Game Fair has everything you need to celebrate the outdoors. This year’s Game Fair will feature many favorite activities from years past as well as new exhibits, renovated grounds, and new dog events.
You are invited to attend Game Fair to see, try, and buy the latest in hunting equipment and to learn from a variety of expert sportsmen and sportswomen. Special exhibits include archery, decoys, duck boats, art, dogs, dog accessories, taxidermy, and all the latest in hunting equipment for the outdoor enthusiast. Your hosts of Game Fair are Chuck and Loral I Delaney, who patterned the extravaganza after European Fall Festivals. Game Fair is an annual tradition for families to come together and enjoy the great outdoors. Fair-goers are encouraged to bring their dogs (leashed) and their guns or bows (cased) so they can participate in the many activities offered in this magnificent outdoor setting. Activities for children of all ages include slingshots, air rifles, archery, and darts. A variety of concession stands await with your favorite treats.
Adrenaline Sports Center
Adrenaline Sports Center provides a space for youth athletics and other events to continue year-round, without needing to worry about the weather.
Pearson Park
Pearson Park is a newer park just north of HWY 10 and Pearson Family Farm, with features aimed toward nature-based play and connecting kids back with nature.
Lake Itasca Trail
Enjoy this 5.5-mile trail along the river with views of Lake Itasca. While it takes an average of 1hr 40 min to complete, it is generally considered to be an easy route.
