The Foster

Welcome to Capstone’s Foster floor plan. The two-story Foster has an open concept layout with the great room looking through the dining room to the kitchen. A spacious foyer, flex room, mudroom, and half bathroom complete the main floor. The upper level has four bedrooms, one of which is the owner's suite with private bath and walk in closet. If you choose to finish the lower level of the Foster, it would offer additional living space with a family room, a bedroom, and a full bathroom. This lower level has proven to be an enjoyable extra cozy space for movie night or a hangout space for your family.
